Fiber Color Coding

    • Yellow: Single-mode (OS1, OS2)
    • Orange: Multimode (OM1, OM2)
    • Aqua: Laser-optimized multimode (OM3, OM4, OM5)
  • Connector and boot colors may also indicate fiber type and category, ensuring correct mating and polarity .
