How to set up a repeater on a fiber optic router

You can extend your fiber optic router's Wi-Fi coverage by connecting a repeater either via Ethernet or wirelessly, then configuring it to pair with your main network.

Step 1: Prepare the Repeater

• Reset the repeater to factory settings by holding the reset or connect button for 10–15 seconds until the status LED indicates a reset .
• Note the default Wi-Fi network name and password printed on the device or in the manual .

Step 2: Connect to the Fiber Optic Router

• Wired setup (recommended for stability): Connect one end of an Ethernet cable to the LAN port of your fiber optic modem or router and the other end to the repeater's LAN port .
